	Chief Monger: Sir Pipsalot (Tim Swanson) Tim Swanson, who trades as Sir Pipsalot, joined the Secret Forex Society community (later called Forex Diamonds) as a member when it first started in early 2006 and by late 2007 he took over as head trader leading members through hundreds of news trades and providing education on dozens of trading topics. In mid-2009, he moved on and began the Profit Mongers community. A naval officer and a nuclear engineer by trade, he applies the same step by step focus and leadership to his trading and education that he does when managing a nuclear reactor. He is currently stationed in Charleston, South Carolina, where he lives with his wife and baby daughter.
	Head Monger: Douglas M Ragan Doug Ragan joined Profit Mongers in 2010 after spending over a decade trading futures, forex, and the stock market. He got his start with a high-end options trading firm and spent his time doing everything from full service, to forex hedge fund management, to managing the back-end of electronic trading platforms such as Tradestation. This experience allowed his to start investigating different trading strategies. It also gave him great insight into the mechanics of order flow and trading technology. After discovering the benefits of news trading, he took the system and applied it to the futures markets. He is currently working with Profit Mongers to educate traders on the benefits of applying the news trading strategies to the Index and Currency futures markets. He currently lives in Boynton Beach Florida with his wife and daughter.
	Head Monger: Cactus Jack (Jeff Cunningham) Jeff Cunningham, who trades as Cactus Jack, is a veteran trader of many markets. Beginning as a Texas cattle rancher – trading live cattle on the hoof at the blink of an eye – to the volatile days trading stocks, commodities and the world currency market, Cactus Jack also has a background in the oil and gas industry. His education, coupled with life experiences on the ranch and the business world, gives him a unique and valuable insight into these markets. Cactus Jack graduated from Texas Christian University with a degree in Management. He currently resides in Fort Worth, Texas.
	Head Monger: Magister Pips (Matthew Baskey) After graduating university in 1995 with BA degree, Matt Baskey worked as a computer programmer for various financial institutions. This is where he was first exposed to the financial markets; it was during the dotcom bubble. He started investing in stocks, and saw his initial investments slump. He read about diversification and continued to keep up to date with new sectors, thus he was able to keep his portfolio in the green thru-out the crashes of the past decade. This experience convinced Matt that the Buy-and-Hold approach was flawed. Matt read extensively about trading, and finally when a continuation in the multi-year bull run in gold seemed too good to miss, he opened an account and placed a trade. Initially focusing on position trades including gold and the carry trade, soon Matt found out about news trading and other types of intraday swing and scalp trades. His focus is on earning a living as a fulltime trader by consistently making daily gains, keeping losses small and risk controlled. He also trades commodity and equity futures as well as continuing to be an active daily forex trader. He currently resides in London, England
